Each restaurant in the game includes 30 levels. To unlock the next restaurant with a new kitchen and dishes, you need to successfully complete all 30 levels of the current restaurant.

Even if you have purchased all available upgrades for the restaurant, moving to the next one will only be possible after completing the final level. You will be automatically redirected to the new restaurant.
