What are Bucks for?

You can merge buildings and level them up only with Bucks.

How do I get new buildings?

Complete the levels, and as a reward you will receive new buildings.

How do I return to the level from the city map?

To switch from the city map to the level screen, tap the level number button in the lower right corner.

How do I merge buildings / Buildings do not merge

Drag one building on another, their level should be the same, and you should have enough Bucks to do that.
