You need to reach level 30 to join or create a Team.

In the "Teams" tab, you can select a team from the list of options, or use the search function.

If there are free spots in a Team, tap the "Join" button to become a member.

If a Team is private, you will have to wait for approval from the leader.

You can also create your own Team!
